Soitto for customer service: promised call times hold
When a customer is promised a call at a certain time, the promise should hold. Soitto shows every agreed call, reminds you before it, and tells you which calls are still unfinished.
Today shows what comes next
Open Soitto and you see the next call, your free working time and your unfinished calls. Record the next call’s outcome right on its card, or with the 1, 2 and 3 keys on a computer.
A reminder before the call
Each call can have a reminder in the browser, by email or in your calendar. It arrives the time you choose before the call, even when Soitto isn’t open.
When the customer doesn’t answer
An unanswered call stays in unfinished calls until it is done or moved. The Move button sends it to the next free slot. At the end of the day you see a summary: how many were done, unanswered and cancelled.
The same customer’s earlier contacts
When you type the customer’s name in the note, their earlier calls appear in the same window. Search finds any word in your notes from the past year.
