Soitto for sales: every callback in its own slot
In sales a call rarely works on the first try. The customer asks you to call in the afternoon, doesn’t answer, or promises a decision by Friday. Soitto keeps every agreed time in the grid so the next attempt never depends on memory.
Book the callback right after the call
When the customer says “call me after two”, tap a free time in the grid and write their name in the note. The call gets your default length, and meetings in Google Calendar show as busy, so you don’t book a call on top of one.
You can also write a phone number in the note. On a phone it becomes a Call button.
An unanswered call moves with one tap
If nobody answers, mark the call as unanswered and move it to the next free slot that fits the whole call. The note and reminder move with it. You can also drag the call to the time you want, or onto another day.
Customer history and regular calls
Open a call and you see that customer’s earlier calls and how they went. Search finds an old agreement by any word in the note.
A weekly call with a key account can repeat every week at the same time.
A report for your manager
This week’s figures sit above the grid: calls, done, unanswered and cancelled. A day’s or a month’s calls download as a CSV or Excel file. In a team, the team admin sees each member’s day in one view.
